Seems unbelievable, but I’ve been a MTB rider for 32 years, every year of that in Whistler. Seeing the evolution of bikes and trails has been incredible. I ride the trails in Whistler, Squamish and Pemberton on a regular basis and have travelled to Yukon, Alberta, Oregon, California, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, New Zealand, Switzerland and Peru to feed my passion for riding. I was one of the handful of people that met at the Ski Boot Hotel a few decades ago for the inaugural meeting that spawned WORCA (Whistler Off Road Cycling Association) now a Whistler institution. Currently I am one of the Monday Night Ride Guides for WORCA.

I am a PMBI Level One Instructor. I also hold an OEC First Aid ticket, but though I have a lot of that kind of work under my belt, as a Professional Ski Patroller on Whistler, I prefer to select rides so I don’t have to use it.
